Policy
- Our time together is important. Unless
there is an emergency, it is requested that you cancel your appointment
24 hours in advance or pay the missed appointment fee in full.
Lateness Policy - I request that you
arrive early for your
appointment. In order for me to uphold my professional standards
of being on time. Clients arriving late will receive a the remainder
of their scheduled time and will be charged the full amount for the
original service scheduled. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late
may be rescheduled. Sickness
Policy - Karmassage recognizes
that both massage
therapists and clients are vulnerable to infections and therefore ask
clients to cancel appointments when they are feeling unwell. If a
client has any of the following contagious illnesses the massage
session will be rescheduled:
Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chicken Pox, Measles, Mumps, Meningitis,
Hepatitis A, Conjunctivitis, Rubella, Head Lice, Impetigo, Influenza,
Meningococcal Disease, Polio, Ringworm of the body, feet or scalp,
Scabies, Thrush, Whooping Cough and the Common Cold. Gift Certificate Policy - All gift certificates expire 5/31/2009.
Privacy
Policy - Karmassage
collects information when we need to personally identify you. We will
collect such information when, for example, you schedule
an appointment, you enter our monthly
drawing, you fill out a survey, or you subscribe to the free newsletter. This
personal information can include your name, email address, mailing
address, phone number and credit card information, as applicable.
Karmassage
will never
disclose your personal information to other companies.
